How to Return an Item
Start Return
Log in to your account and select the items you want to return
Pack Items
Pack the items in their original packaging with the return label
Ship
Drop off the package at your nearest post office or collection point
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy:
- Request an exchange within 30 days of delivery
- New item will be shipped once we receive the original
- International exchanges may incur shipping costs
Refund Information
Once we receive your return:
- We'll inspect the items within 2 business days
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
- You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- Funds typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care items that have been opened or used
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Gift cards
