Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy:

  • Request an exchange within 30 days of delivery
  • New item will be shipped once we receive the original
  • International exchanges may incur shipping costs

Refund Information

Once we receive your return:

  • We'll inspect the items within 2 business days
  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Funds typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
